Yvonna brings 10 years worth of experience as a lawyer in the renewables industry. Formerly at Drax and Solarcentury, Yvonna has a wealth of legal infrastructure experience (including internationally).

She is our Senior Legal Counsel, with a particular focus on supporting the construction team.

Chris is a mechanical / electrical engineer who joins from Welsh Power, where he was responsible for some of their most innovative national infrastructure projects including a “synchronous condenser” in Rassau, South Wales - a zero carbon solution to provide inertia and stability for the grid as fossil fuel power stations are decommissioned. 

He is leading the development and construction of our projects.

Laura is a Software Engineer with a masters in astrophysics, and previous experience within the energy sector, building the backend of platforms to allow for international operating.

Damian leads our interactions with National Grid, helping us to keep up to date with market developments as the electricity network decarbonises and opportunities this brings for new battery revenue streams. 

He is an electrical engineer by background with over 20 years' experience in development, asset management and operations across the thermal, wind, hydro and and oil & gas industries. 

More recently, Damian has originated several bilateral ancillary service contracts from wind and hydro generators, including four black start contracts and the first use of offshore wind HVDC converter stations for onshore voltage control on the GB transmission system.

Oliver is one of our Backend Engineers, he previously worked at a grid scale storage company in Germany, as well as software engineering at Net-a-Porter.

Bex is Senior Project Development Manager across Field's portfolio of sites. Her background is in offshore wind where she worked to secure consent on some of the world's largest offshore wind farms, most recently with Vattenfall where she was Consents Manager for the Norfolk Zone. 

The Norfolk Zone was recently awarded 2022 Project of the Year at the National Infrastructure Planning Awards.

Having pursued a career in his passion for the environment and climate change mitigation, Alex has managed and produced technical and commercial deliverables for solar PV, onshore wind and battery energy storage projects. 

Having obtained the bulk of his experience at WSP, he joins Field as a chartered engineer, managing the construction of our projects as Construction Project Manager.

Jamey is a mechanical engineer turned construction manager, previously at energy construction specialists Chameleon Energy. He managed the construction of the first transmission connected battery storage sites in the UK, and has also managed large scale solar, and gas peaking plant construction programmes.

Previously at an Insure-tech startup that were acquired by Sky, Faizel helped grow the business while moving into a junior management accountant position to ensure a smooth transition. He is currently in the process of gaining his ACCA qualification.

Luke previously led Strategy at Glovo (a leading food delivery company), where over 3 years he scaled the business from 2 to 26 countries, and led multiple M&A deals and strategic projects, culminating in a >£2bn exit. Extensive finance, M&A and strategy consultancy experience.

Myles is on board to establish strong, effective processes to enable the business to operate and scale efficiently. Joining from WeWork during its hyper growth phase, where Myles built out and managed the building openings process across EMEA from scratch.

Ema joined Field in September 2022 from the International Renewable Energy Agency, where he set up and grew the power sector transformation strategies team, establishing their work on power system flexibility, storage and hydrogen. 

He has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector across private, academia and intergovernmental sectors. He has a Masters Degree in management engineering and a PhD in Energy Technology. Ema heads our Italian subsidiary, Field Italia srl.

Elspeth is a renewable energy lawyer with 14 years’ extensive experience advising on wind, solar, wave/tidal, anaerobic digestion and battery storage projects. At Ecotricity Elspeth led on the disposal of The Electric Highway to Gridserve, financing of multiple large scale renewable energy projects, and Ecotricity’s bid for Good Energy.

Simon is an expert on UK & EU energy markets, and leads our fundamental modelling work. Previously at Kiwi Power, and prior to that at Aurora Energy Research (the leading power analytics group in Europe), where he built their energy market models for France and Ireland from scratch.

Stephen is a chartered accountant with 10 years’ finance experience. He has considerable expertise in scaling up a business having helped grow an infrastructure company from 20 to 400 staff, building the finance function from scratch. Previously, he has raised £500 million in infrastructure investment.

Amit is an entrepreneur on a mission to make the transition to renewable energy happen. 

He’s founded Field to finance, build and operate the renewable infrastructure needed to reach net zero and avoid climate catastrophe - starting with battery storage. 

Before Field, Amit co-founded a green energy supplier making it easy for people to get green energy in their homes. Prior to that he spent 8 years trading electricity and gas at Barclays.

Jochen joins from his role as CTO of Grey Parrot, where he built up their computer vision waste recycling product from scratch. He has relevant experience solving complex optimisation problems involving IoT and data analytics. Previously CTO at Royal Mail, he has extensive experience leading and scaling tech organisations.

Josef is an energy infrastructure development specialist with a background in Geology, as a qualified Town Planner he has delivered some of the UK’s largest and most contentious energy infrastructure- working across EfW, Biomass, Anaerobic Digestion, Waste, Gas Peaking, Solar and Battery in the UK, Ireland and California. Josef heads up the greenfield and origination aspect of the business.

Joining us from Scottish Power where she spent the last three years as Commercial Manager in offshore wind, prior to that she undertook legal research for hydrogen and CCS projects. She will be leading the construction tenders and contracts from a commercial perspective.

Toni has a background in green energy infrastructure with deep expertise leading multinational companies in the renewable energy sector. Previously at GIA Power, where he worked as Managing Director leading the consultancy for infra-energy projects, and prior to that, he was the Head of Finance for Europe and LATAM in Trina Solar ISBU, building out the team from scratch.

He leads Field's Spanish business - initially focused on developing our portfolio of grid-scale storage projects, but in due course building and operating these assets.

Jordan is our Power Systems Modeller, building up Field's high-granularity fundamentals modelling capability. Prior to Field, he worked for 6 years as part of the modelling team at Aurora Energy Research leading the development of the GB power market model.
