We're a team of experts in our fields, rolling up our sleeves to make an impact in the transition to net zero. Whether you're a regular at our London HQ, part of our country-wide remote crew or growing our international teams, you're a part of Field.
We pride ourselves on an inclusive, engaging and equitable culture for all team members. As a fast-moving bunch, we make sure to create lots of space to share and connect regularly.
Each week starts with a company-wide All Hands, with a weekly team lunch and a teach-in session led by one of our team's industry experts. We also hold regular socials, bi-annual offsites and quarterly OKR reviews.

Flexible & Remote Working
We know that our work should fit around our lives, not the other way around. To help our team navigate this, we have a hybrid working framework (2 days Working From Home a week), and a Work From Anywhere benefit (1 month a year working anywhere in the world).

Enhanced Parental Leave
We offer 6 months of leave for all primary carers, 3 months of leave for all secondary carers and 10 additional days of leave for fertility treatment- all fully paid.
